Hurricane Sandy has brought some tremendous shelling!
Given the bounty of shells kicked up by Hurricane Sandy’s northwest winds and waves on Sanibel, Captiva, North Captiva and Cayo Costa Islands, it is probably worthwhile to repost the link to the Sanibel Shelling segment on CBS Sunday Morning:
There is some great Sanibel & Captiva shelling right now!
Hurricane Sandy was and is a long way from Sanibel & Captiva Islands, but it kicked-up significant northwest winds and wave action for 2-3 days which pushed a lot of great shells up on to the beaches!!
North Captiva and Cayo Costa Islands are also loaded-up with fresh shells right now!
Let’s go on a Sanibel & Captiva fishing charter – or let’s go on a North Captiva or Cayo Costa Island shelling guide trip. Just give me a call and we’ll lineup a charter!
We depart from Castaways Marina, Santiva, Sanibel Island, on the bay side, just south of the the Blind Pass bridge to Captiva Island.
Fair winds and following seas,
Captain Joey Burnsed ~ call 239-472-8658 or email captjoefred@gmail to book a Sanibel & Captiva or Boca Grande fishing guide or charter.
